Refund Policy

1. Overview

DawnRaid is a digital service consisting of software-based access to a TradingView Pine Script indicator and related community/support. Because access is delivered immediately upon purchase (or within 24 hours of TradingView username submission), and because the Indicator source or its logic cannot be "returned", our refund policy is as follows.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchasers)

If you are a first-time purchaser of DawnRaid, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that:

• You have not violated our Terms of Service
• You have not shared the Indicator or your access with any other party
• You request the refund in writing to pappafoley@gmail.com within the 7-day window

Refunds are processed via Creem to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Cancellation vs. Refund (Subscription Members)

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime via Creem's customer portal or by emailing pappafoley@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refund is provided for the current period.
• Refund of current period: After the 7-day money-back window, we do not refund partial or full months of an active subscription unless required by applicable consumer law.

4. EU/UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, EXCEPT that this right is waived as soon as we grant you access to the Indicator, provided you gave prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of withdrawal right at the time of purchase.

By checking "I consent to immediate access" at checkout, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right and instead accept our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Section 2).

5. No Refund Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• Refund requested after the 7-day window
• Violation of the Terms of Service (including sharing access)
• Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with us (please email first)
• Unhappiness with market conditions or personal trading losses (the Indicator does not guarantee profits)
• Prop firm account termination or denied payouts (this is your responsibility per Section 10 of the Terms)

6. Chargeback Policy

We take chargebacks seriously. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution with us at pappafoley@gmail.com may result in immediate termination of your Membership and permanent blocklist from future purchases.

7. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to pappafoley@gmail.com with:

• The email address you used at checkout
• Your Creem order number
• The reason for the refund

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
